HALL RENTAL

GENERAL INFO
 
  • Holds 100 people
  • 100 chairs
  • Thirteen 5' round tables
  • Eight 6' rectangular tables
  • Full kitchen at your disposal
  • Refrigerator, freezer, coffee urn and stove/oven to reheat food
  • The stove/oven can only be used for re-heating food, not for cooking.
  • We do not recommend a specific caterer; however, if you would like the name of a caterer that is familiar with our hall, contact the rental coordinator
  • Alcohol is permitted

The cost of the hall covers a 6-hour time block.  Please call or email for the current pricing.

The time includes your set up and breakdown times. There is a deposit due at the time the contract is signed. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. The hall is also available by the hour or for additional hours at an hourly rate.

Renters are responsible for setting up the tables and chairs; and also breaking them down. The hall must be swept and mopped prior to leaving. When leaving, the hall should look like it did when you arrived.
